NGO Unity Platform announces an open competition for the position of Project Manager to implement an international project in the city of Kharkiv
Work format: Hybrid (partially on-site in Kharkiv, partially remote)
Employment type: Part-time
Form of cooperation: Contract until April 2026 with the possibility of extension
Location: Mandatory physical presence in Kharkiv
Key responsibilities:
Coordination of project implementation in accordance with the approved plan and donor requirements
Interaction with partners, contractors, and the project team
Preparation of narrative and operational reports, and participation in the preparation of financial data in cooperation with the accounting team
Monitoring the implementation of activities, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of indicators
Communication with international partners in English
Candidate requirements:
Mandatory proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Experience in project management (experience in the civic or humanitarian sector will be an advantage)
Understanding of the project cycle, donor program logic, and reporting requirements
Responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Residence in and readiness to work in the city of Kharkiv
