Meeting basic needs in crisis situations - distributing food, hygiene kits, warm clothing, and shelter equipment

Providing basic and psychosocial health services, access to clean water and hygiene, disease prevention, and medical facility support

General and Child Protection

Creating safe spaces for women, children, and families through case management, mobile outreach, and crisis response

Education and Inclusion

Ensuring access to quality formal and non-formal education, inclusive programmes for children with special needs, youth development and creativity

Rights and Advocacy

Promoting accessibility, civic participation, service development, and advocacy for IDPs, veterans, and vulnerable groups

Our Story

The NGO "Platform of Unity" was born in response to the challenges faced by Ukrainian families in 2014, following the outbreak of war in eastern Ukraine and the occupation of Crimea. It began as a volunteer initiative driven by compassionate individuals who came together to support internally displaced persons, assist families in difficult life circumstances, and create a space of safety and trust for them.

In 2017, we officially registered the organization to expand our activities and make them more systematic. From that moment, "Platform of Unity" evolved from a small initiative into a dedicated team implementing long-term projects in the fields of social protection, inclusion, education, psychosocial support, and community development.

Today, we are a community of like-minded people who believe in the power of collaboration and are committed to building a resilient society where every person - regardless of their life circumstances - has the opportunity for growth, support, and a life of dignity.
