Announcement of a call for price quotations for the provision of legal services to update statutory documents
Unity Platform NGO announces a call for price quotations to select a legal company to provide professional legal services for updating the organization’s statutory documents
Subject of procurement / request:
Provision of legal services, including:
1) preparation of a new version of the Charter of Unity Platform NGO or amendments and additions to the current version;
2) revision of provisions related to the organization’s governing bodies, general assembly, and the procedures for their operation;
3) preparation of a package of documents for state registration of the changes;
if necessary - support of the registration procedure, including representation of the organization’s interests on the basis of a notarized power of attorney issued by the head of the organization
Requirements for the service provider:
Legal companies invited to participate in the selection include those that:
have proven experience working with civil society and/or nonprofit organizations;
have experience in supporting registration procedures and amendments to statutory documents;
ensure timely, transparent, and professional communication
Contents of the price quotation:
The price quotation must include:
- total cost of services (in UAH, indicating tax status);
- estimated timeline for service delivery;
- brief information about the company and relevant experience (case studies);
- contact details of the responsible person.
Submission deadline:
Price quotations are accepted until January 31, 2026.
