Subject of procurement:

Procurement of electronic gift certificates (codes/QR/links) with a value of up to UAH 6,000.00 per unit for use by beneficiaries to purchase “energy kit” goods

Expected list of product categories (non-exhaustive):

• blankets, throws, thermal blankets;
• warm clothing/thermal underwear (non-branded/non-luxury segment);
• flashlights (including rechargeable), batteries;
• power banks;
• other essential goods to support households during electricity disruptions.

Important: the certificates must be restricted to specific product categories (energy kits/basic household goods) or have a technical capability to control/block unauthorized categories (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, gift cards of other chains, etc.).
