- Purpose of the Procurement / Selection
The procurement/selection is conducted to support the implementation of the project “Right to Safety: Strengthening the Gender-Based Violence Response System in Communities of Kharkiv Region” and the selected services shall be used exclusively for project purposes. All proposals must be prepared independently, without collusion with other participants, and in compliance with the principles of transparency, integrity, non-discrimination, and cost-effectiveness.
