Subject of procurement:

The subject of procurement is the provision of services for organizing and conducting practical training sessions “Pre-medical aid in emergency situations” for residents of three temporary accommodation centers in Kharkiv.

Expected training content
• recognition of emergency conditions: stroke, heart attack, loss of consciousness, breathing difficulties, etc.;
• action алгоритм before the arrival of emergency medical services;
• assessment of scene safety and primary examination of the injured person;
• basic actions in case of loss of consciousness;
• stopping severe bleeding using direct pressure, pressure bandages, and tourniquets;
• practical skills training using educational materials / training equipment;
• adaptation of the program to participants’ level of preparation, taking into account the participation of older persons, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
