Project Overview: The project focuses on the professional reintegration of veterans, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other vulnerable population groups in the Kharkiv region. We are establishing an innovative training and production center for acquiring highly demanded technical professions.

Key Activity: Providing practice-oriented training in the production and installation of PVC structures, architectural concrete, and other skilled trades. The program combines technical skills with microbusiness and self-employment modules to promote the economic self-reliance of beneficiaries.

Impact: Creation of a skilled workforce for the recovery of the region, increased competitiveness of IDPs and veterans in the labor market, and stimulation of entrepreneurial activity.
