The project was aimed at providing a rapid response to the humanitarian needs of residents in the de-occupied territories of Kharkiv region after active hostilities.
The Unity Platform team procured, assembled, and delivered 2,000 emergency food and medical aid packages, reaching the Izium, Balakliia, and neighboring communities.

This initiative became an example of humanitarian solidarity, rapid resource mobilization, and effective cooperation between civil society and international partners, which made it possible to provide people with essential assistance during a critical recovery period.
