The team of Unity Platform NGO took part in a regional meeting of small grant recipients organized by the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities. The event brought together communities, civil society organizations, and social service providers to discuss new opportunities for supporting people, developing social initiatives, and strengthening cooperation. 🤝
For us, it is important to be among the organizations that not only implement projects but also contribute to shaping a modern system of support for people in the communities of Kharkiv region.
📌 During the meeting, participants discussed:
🔹 community resilience;
🔹 support for internally displaced persons and people with limited mobility;
🔹 development of services for children with disabilities;
🔹 early intervention;
🔹 supported living and residential care services;
🔹 small grants for the development of social services.
Today, resilience projects are already operating in 306 communities across Ukraine, and more than 1,500 specialists are helping people cope with stress, adapt to crisis conditions, and restore a sense of safety.
It is especially valuable that organizations in Kharkiv region remain active, professional, and strong contributors to these efforts, demonstrating resilience, partnership, and meaningful support for people. 💛💙
