“PROFDIYA: VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND SUPPORT” is more than a project for us.
It is about helping people return to economically independent lives where there is choice, dignity, and a future.

During the implementation period:
🔹 139 participants gained a new profession
🔹 dozens of people changed their career paths
🔹 even more regained confidence in their own abilities

But the most important thing is not the numbers.

It is the woman who dared to work again after losing her health.
It is the person who found their place in a new community after being forced to relocate.
It is the participants who, for the first time in a long while, said: “I can do it.”

We brought together elements that are usually delivered separately:
✔️ vocational training based on real labour market needs
✔️ a learning-by-doing approach
✔️ psychosocial support
✔️ individual mentoring
✔️ employment support

And it is this holistic approach that delivered results.

Because the recovery of Ukraine today is not only about infrastructure.
It is about restoring human capital.

We already see how it works.
And we know we can do more.

Demand for such programs is growing every day - among internally displaced persons, veterans, women, people with disabilities, and young people.
And every person who could not participate in this project represents a missed opportunity for the recovery of communities and the economy.

We are open to partnership and scaling.

We invite donors, foundations, and partners to support the expansion of the program in order to:
🔹 expand its geographic reach
🔹 launch new training tracks aligned with labour market needs
🔹 integrate more participants into meaningful employment
🔹 create sustainable social entrepreneurship models
