Their CV seems empty.
Job vacancies feel unfamiliar and out of reach.
An interview feels intimidating.
And deep inside, there is a constant question: “What if I can no longer do it?”
At times like these, it is important to have someone nearby who does not judge, does not put pressure on you, and does not say, “What’s so difficult about that?”
Mentoring support means having someone who calmly helps you review your experience, identify your strengths, prepare your CV, choose realistic job opportunities, practice for interviews, and take the first step.
Not instead of you.
But together with you.
Because sometimes a person needs more than just a job.
They need to believe again that they can be useful, valued, and professional. That their experience matters. That there is no shame in starting over.
Mentorship is about support on the path to employment.
And about making sure that no one has to walk that path alone.
