Unity Platform NGO has received an organizational development grant with the support of the Swiss Confederation in partnership with the NGO Resource Center after completing a comprehensive institutional capacity assessment.
Within the grant, the following has been implemented:
- a digital audit of the organization was conducted;
- an analysis of financial capacity was carried out;
- a legal review of internal policies and operational procedures was conducted;
- a series of educational activities for the team was organized;
- measures to prevent professional burnout were introduced;
- team-building activities were conducted to strengthen internal collaboration.
Grant objective: strengthening institutional resilience, effective governance, and the long-term development of Unity Platform NGO.
