Unity Platform NGO has undergone a comprehensive institutional capacity assessment

We have undergone an organizational capacity assessment.

For Unity Platform NGO, this is not a formality but a stage of growth and a check of whether our internal processes, management, and team operations are structured correctly.

During the assessment, we looked at ourselves from the outside: what works well, where changes are needed, and what should be strengthened to ensure the organization is resilient not only now but also in the longer term.

As a result of the assessment, we received a certificate and the opportunity to apply for a grant for organizational development.
We thank the NGO Resource Center for the guidance and support. We continue working on ourselves to better serve people and communities.
