NGO Unity Platform announces an open competition for the position of Project Manager to implement an international project in the city of Kharkiv<\/p>\n
Work format: Hybrid (partially on-site in Kharkiv, partially remote)
\nEmployment type: Part-time
\nForm of cooperation: Contract until April 2026 with the possibility of extension
\nLocation: Mandatory physical presence in Kharkiv<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:
\nCoordination of project implementation in accordance with the approved plan and donor requirements
\nInteraction with partners, contractors, and the project team
\nPreparation of narrative and operational reports, and participation in the preparation of financial data in cooperation with the accounting team
\nMonitoring the implementation of activities, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of indicators
\nCommunication with international partners in English<\/p>\n
Candidate requirements:
\nMandatory proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
\nExperience in project management (experience in the civic or humanitarian sector will be an advantage)
\nUnderstanding of the project cycle, donor program logic, and reporting requirements
\nResponsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
\nResidence in and readiness to work in the city of Kharkiv<\/p>\n
