1. Purpose and Subject of Procurement<\/b><\/p>\n

Unity Platform NGO invites duly registered professional service providers to submit quotations for the provision of individual and group psychological support services within the project. The procurement aims to ensure accessible, confidential, gender-sensitive, and safe support for women, children, internally displaced and evacuated persons, parents\/caregivers, and families experiencing crisis situations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Legal Form of Cooperation<\/b><\/p>\n

The procurement concerns independent professional services with a defined scope and expected results. This tender is not a recruitment process for an employment position and does not establish an employment relationship, subordination to internal labour regulations, fixed working hours, paid leave, or any other characteristics of employment.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

2. Technical Specification and Scope of Services<\/b><\/p>\n

The maximum volume of 800 hours does not create an obligation for the Client to purchase the full amount. Payment will be made only for services actually provided, properly documented, and accepted. Participants shall submit an hourly rate and the total price for the maximum service volume.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

3. Scope of Services<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Individual psychological support: <\/b>short-term counselling, emotional stabilization, psychoeducation, and support in developing self-regulation and stress management skills within the provider\u2019s professional competence.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Group sessions: <\/b>facilitation of structured psychosocial support sessions, peer support groups, positive parenting sessions, resilience-building activities, and safe communication sessions for designated target groups.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Crisis response: <\/b>provision of psychological first aid and stabilization for individuals experiencing acute stress, without replacing medical, psychiatric, or specialized psychotherapeutic care.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Initial needs assessment: <\/b>assessment of current needs, risk factors, individual resources, and the need for referral to additional services while adhering to the Do No Harm principle.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Safe referral: <\/b>providing information and referrals to specialized psychological, medical, social, legal, protection, or other services based on the informed consent of the service recipient.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Professional collaboration: <\/b>participation in agreed coordination meetings, intervision sessions, or supervision sessions exclusively in an anonymized format and without disclosing personal data.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
