support of the registration procedure, including representation of the organization\u2019s interests on the basis of a notarized power of attorney issued by the head of the organization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for the service provider:<\/strong><br \/>\nLegal companies invited to participate in the selection include those that:<br \/>\nhave proven experience working with civil society and\/or nonprofit organizations;<br \/>\nhave experience in supporting registration procedures and amendments to statutory documents;<br \/>\nensure timely, transparent, and professional communication<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Contents of the price quotation:<\/strong><br>\nThe price quotation must include:<br>\n- total cost of services (in UAH, indicating tax status);<br>\n- estimated timeline for service delivery;<br>\n- brief information about the company and relevant experience (case studies);<br>\n- contact details of the responsible person.<br>\n<strong><br>\nSubmission deadline:<\/strong><br>\nPrice quotations are accepted until January 31, 2026.<br>\n<strong><br>\nSubmission procedure:<\/strong><br>\nProposals should be submitted electronically to the following address:<br>\n\ud83d\udce7 procurement@unity-platform.org<br>\nwith the email subject: \u201cPrice quotation -
