\u201cPROFDIYA: VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND SUPPORT\u201d is more than a project for us.
\nIt is about helping people return to economically independent lives where there is choice, dignity, and a future.<\/p>\n
During the implementation period:
\n\ud83d\udd39 139 participants gained a new profession
\n\ud83d\udd39 dozens of people changed their career paths
\n\ud83d\udd39 even more regained confidence in their own abilities<\/p>\n
But the most important thing is not the numbers.<\/p>\n
It is the woman who dared to work again after losing her health.
\nIt is the person who found their place in a new community after being forced to relocate.
\nIt is the participants who, for the first time in a long while, said: \u201cI can do it.\u201d<\/p>\n
We brought together elements that are usually delivered separately:
\n\u2714\ufe0f vocational training based on real labour market needs
\n\u2714\ufe0f a learning-by-doing approach
\n\u2714\ufe0f psychosocial support
\n\u2714\ufe0f individual mentoring
\n\u2714\ufe0f employment support<\/p>\n
And it is this holistic approach that delivered results.<\/p>\n
Because the recovery of Ukraine today is not only about infrastructure.
\nIt is about restoring human capital.<\/p>\n
We already see how it works.
\nAnd we know we can do more.<\/p>\n
Demand for such programs is growing every day - among internally displaced persons, veterans, women, people with disabilities, and young people.
\nAnd every person who could not participate in this project represents a missed opportunity for the recovery of communities and the economy.<\/p>\n
We are open to partnership and scaling.<\/p>\n
We invite donors, foundations, and partners to support the expansion of the program in order to:

\n\ud83d\udd39 launch new training tracks aligned with labour market needs
\n\ud83d\udd39 integrate more participants into meaningful employment
